The eight teams will be divided into 2 pools A and B. Each pool will have 4 teams as below i.e. A1,A2,A3,A4 & B1,B2,B3,B4

Each squad must consist of 15 players

League or group matches will be of 8 overs, 2 semifinals of 10 overs, final will be of 12 overs, all standard T20 rules to be followed

Only 11 players will be allowed to play the game, no super-sub is allowed
Power Play Rules
-
- 2 overs standard powerplay in league or group matches, 3 in semifinal and 4 in the final
-
No leg bye runs, batsman must return to their batting side if they run and the umpire has called a leg bye. Strike cannot be changed. Fielding team cannot run out the batsman

Shoes are compulsory for players on the field. Keeping gloves is allowed

Non-Striker run out is allowed. (mankading is allowed)

In case of tie, superover will be played

Both teams are requested to be present at the ground 10 mins prior to the start of the match. Team captains are responsible to ensure that the entire team is present at the venue before the reporting time. Overs will be reduced for teams not reporting on time

Minimum of 8 overs on both the innings constitutes the match result. (DLS to be applied)

Old ball can be used only after powerplay (in case the ball is lost). New ball to be used if the ball is lost within powerplay overs.

Only the team captain has the right to approach the umpire/organizer in case of any dispute

No LBW (Leg before Wicket) and Leg Bye runs

Umpire’s decision will be final

Two bouncers are permitted per over and all other cricket rules apply as it is

Free hit for all kinds of no balls

No more than five fielders can be on the leg side at any time. Position of the bowler is not considered.

Teams are allowed to take ONE break only after mid innings for 2mins. Injury breaks can vary

Mini-overs will not be allowed, unless there is injury

In case a match is delayed owing to bad weather or other unavoidable circumstances, it would be left to the discretion of the umpires officiating to reduce the number of overs to be played by each side

In case a team doesn’t make it to the ground within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the opposition would be declared as winners

The decision of the organizing committee shall be final and binding in all disputes

No player (member of the playing eleven) may be changed once the match is underway without the consent of the opposition

Minimum 5 bowlers to be used, even for matches with reduced overs

For league matches, 3 bowlers can bowl maximum 2 overs
-
For semifinal matches, a bowler can bowl maximum 2 overs

For the final match, 2 bowlers can bowl maximum 3 overs

Indemnity clauses read and accepted by the participants, as part of the registration process:
1) In recognition of the activity which we will engage in, we confirm our team’s physical and mental capability of participating in the activity
2) We will assume all responsibility for personal injury, accidents, illness and damage to or loss of personal property as the result of any incident or accident that may occur
