GENERAL GUIDELINES


 

  1. Football, Basketball and Athletics will be conducted at Deens Academy, Gunjur - Mugalur Road , Kathriguppe Village, Bengaluru

  4. Participants must report at the host school registration desk at 8:00 am on the days of their event

  5. Participants will need to display a valid school ID

  6. Participant ID will be given to the participants, post document verification . You can reach the event coordinator for confirming your registrations and for any clarifications at: volksfiesta@deensacademy.com

  7. The host school reserves the right to deny registration of a participant / team should the documents requested not comply with the guidelines

  8. Prizes  for the main sporting events will be distributed on 10th August, during the closing ceremony

  9. Food stalls will be set up with a variety of delicacies at reasonable rates , on all days

  10. Participants are responsible for their own belongings. The host school will not be held responsible for any loss of property

  11. The host school shall not be held responsible for any injuries that may occur during the course of the event

  12. The decision of the organizers will be final and binding

     REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

 

  1. Registrations will be done online via deensevents.com

  2. Register at the earliest. Seats are limited! Registrations close on 24th July at 6:00 PM

  3. Confirmation of participation in an event is guaranteed only on receipt of payment and vetting of documents.This will also depend on the number of registrations for that particular sporting event

  4. Registration fee is non-refundable 

  5. Faculty members, accompanying the participants ,  should carry the following documents : 

    • School ID cards of the students

    • Original ( for verification purposes) + 1 copy (for submission)  of the Birth Certificate issued by Municipality/Panchayat/ Registrar of Births OR Passport OR Aadhar Card 

    • School bonafide certificate with all the participants’ names along with school seal and Principal’s signature

  6. Participating schools must submit the hard copies of the above documents at the registration desk  on the day of           the event to confirm their participation

  7. Registration fee is as following:

          Football, Basketball - 2500 /team 

          Cricket   -   4000/team

          Athletics  -  100/participant

  8. On the spot registrations are not permitted

  9. Registration is allowed only through schools. Individual entries are not allowed
