GENERAL GUIDELINES


 

  1. All events will be conducted at Deens Academy, Gunjur - Mugalur Road , Kathriguppe Village, Bengaluru- 562125

  2. Participants must report at the host school registration desk at 8:15 AM

  3. Participants will need to display a valid school ID

  4. Participant ID will be given to the participants, post document verification. You can reach the event coordinator for confirming your registrations and for any clarifications at: volksfiesta@deensacademy.com

  5. The host school reserves the right to deny registration of a participant/team should the documents requested not comply with the guidelines

  6. Prizes for the main sporting events will be distributed on 12th August, during the closing ceremony

  7. Food stalls will be set up with a variety of delicacies at reasonable rates, on all days

  8. Participants are responsible for their own belongings. Classrooms will be allotted to all the participating schools. The host school will not be held responsible for any loss of property

  9. The host school shall not be held responsible for any injuries that may occur during the course of the event

10. The decision of the organizers will be final and binding



 

 

REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

 

  1. Registrations will be done online via deensevents.com

  2. Registration fees for football and basketball are Rs 2000 per team. The fees must be paid online during registration

  3. Registration fees for athletics is Rs 100 per participant

  4. Register at the earliest. Seats are limited! The last date for registration is 1st August.

  5. Confirmation of participation in an event is guaranteed only on receipt of payment and vetting of documents. This will also depend on the number of registrations for that particular sporting event

  6. Registration fee is non-refundable
