Event description:

  • Guidelines

  • Each team shall select a village from any Indian state and communicate their choice to the host school after completing the registration process.

  • On the day of the event, teams will set up a presentation station showcasing the chosen village using pre-prepared charts, models, artefacts, and other display materials.

  • Participants must present stories, traditions, lifestyles, and cultural aspects of the village through creative and engaging means.

  • Participants are required to be dressed in costumes appropriate to the theme of their chosen village or community.

  • Teams may incorporate elements such as food, music, dance, folk tales, crafts, or any other relevant cultural features to enhance their presentation.

  • Each team will be allotted 5 minutes for the presentation of their station.

  • The use of thermocol in models and displays is strictly prohibited. Participants are encouraged to use eco-friendly and sustainable materials.

  • Participants must arrive at the venue dressed in their costumes. Makeup and accessories may be completed after arrival at the host school.

  • All display materials must be prepared in advance and brought by the participants.

  • The decision of the judges will be final and binding.

Mandatory requirements for registration​:

  • The registration fee is Rs 150/- per participant.

  • Participants registering through school need to upload the below soft copies in the registration form

● Bonafide certificate on the school letterhead

● The school ID card
