1. The competition will be in the following categories.

2. Team Composition :

​

The Team composition for 5 Categories are as follows:

i. Under 10 and below (Boys and Girls) (born on or after 01.01.2015)

ii. Under 12 and below (Boys and Girls) (born on or after 01-01-2013)

iii. Under 14 and below (Boys and Girls) (born on or after 01-01-2011)

iv. Under 16 and below (Boys and Girls) (born on or after 01-01-2009)

v. Under 18 and below (Boys and Girls) (born on or after 01-01-2007)

 

3. Each school is allowed to participate in one team in one age category.

4. Each team must consist of 7 players and 5 substitutes.

5. Students can participate in only one respective category.

6. All the players are expected to report 30 minutes before the schedule of their match. If a team doesn't report 30 mins before a match, a 10mins buffer will be given beyond which opponent will get a walkover.

 

7. Players must wear appropriate football gear: a team jersey, shorts, shin guards, and football boots.

Goalkeepers must wear distinctive uniforms for identification.

Jewelry or accessories that are dangerous while playing should be avoided during play.

8. Match Format:

​

i. The tournament will follow Knockout format.

ii. Each match will be played for 25 minutes (split into two halves of 10 minutes each), with a 5 minute halftime.

iii. In case of a draw, Penalties will be used to determine the winner. The number of penalty kicks is 5.

9. Fair Play:

​

i. Respect the decisions of the referee and match officials.

ii. No violent conduct, verbal abuse, or unsporting behavior will be tolerated. Any player or team violating this rule will be disqualified.

iii. Players must not engage in any form of cheating or dishonesty, including age fraud or false identification. Any player or team violating this rule will be disqualified.

iv. Substitutes must only enter the field with the referee’s permission.

v. A yellow card will serve as a warning. Accumulation of 2 yellow cards in the tournament will result in suspension from the next match.

vi. Any player who receives a red card will be immediately suspended from the current match and may be banned from future games in the tournament.

 

10. Referee Decisions:

​

i. The decision of the match referee is final and binding.

ii. Any objections or disputes regarding match decisions must be raised to the organizing committee before the game ends.

11. The organizing committee reserves the right to modify the rules and regulations as necessary for the smooth conduct of the tournament.

12. Registration:

Faculty members / Staff of the school, accompanying the participants, should carry the following documents :

(i). School bonafide certificate with all the participants names along with school seal and principal signature.

(ii) Student's school ID cards

(iii) Original ( for verification purposes) + 1 copy (for submission) of the Aadhar card of the participating students

 

The above documents to be presented at the registration desk.

13. Registration is allowed only through schools. Individual entries not allowed.

14. All players/participants and the coaches/school representatives are expected to abide by all the rules and regulations set by the organizing committee of the host school.

15. The organisers shall not be held responsible for any injuries, inappropriate behaviour of participants/coaches or any loss of personal belongings.

16. Indemnity clauses read and accepted by the participants, as part of the registration process:

 

1) In recognition of the activity which we will engage in, we confirm our team’s physical and mental capability of participating in the activity.

 

2) We will assume all responsibility for personal injury, accidents, illness and damage to or loss of personal property as the result of any incident or accident that may occur.
