GENERAL GUIDELINES

  1. All events will be conducted at Deens Academy, Gunjur - Mugalur Road , Kathriguppe Village, Bengaluru- 562125

  2. Participants must report at the host school registration desk at 8:15 AM. 

  3. Participants will need to display a valid school ID

  4. Participant ID will be given to the participants, post document verification. You can reach the event coordinator for confirming your registrations and for any clarifications at: volksfiesta@deensacademy.com

  5. Adult intervention during any of the events will lead to disqualification and loss of points

  6. The host school reserves the right to deny registration of a participant / team should the documents requested not comply with the guidelines.

  7. Details regarding the results ,prizes and certificates will be communicated to the participating schools after each event/at the closing ceremony on August 12th.

  8. Food stalls will be set-up with a variety of delicacies at reasonable rates , on all days.

  9. Participants are responsible for their own belongings.Class rooms will be allotted to all  the participating schools. The host school will not be held responsible for any loss of property.

  10. The decision of the judges will be final and binding

REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

  1. Registrations will be done online via deensevents.com

  2. Registration fee is Rs. 100 per participant. This fees must be paid online during registration.

  3. Register at the earliest. Seats are limited! Last date for registration is  August 1st.

  4. A soft copy of the bona fide certificate on the school letterhead is needed during the online registration. A soft copy of the school ID card  will also need to be uploaded.

  5. Confirmation of participation in an event is guaranteed only on receipt of payment and vetting of documents.This will also depend on the number of registrations for that particular event.

  6. Registration fee is non-refundable.
