        (The age cut off will be strictly followed; non compliance in this regard is NOT

        negotiable)

Rules and Regulations for Participants

​

  •  Each athlete is allowed to participate in any 3 events . This stipulation does not include the relay races.

  •  Participants are allowed to select events,under their respective age category , only.

  • Each school can enter up to a maximum of 2 Participants in each track event, 2 participants in each field event, in each age category. And, one team per school, for the relay races in each age group.

  • Competitions will be held on a mud track. Participants can wear suitable footwear

  •  Registration is allowed only through schools. Individual entries not allowed.

  • On the spot registrations are not permitted.

  • All participants should come to the venue in their school uniforms/sports uniform

  •  Reporting time for schools will be at 8:00 am on 21st and 22nd AUGUST 2025 , at the Registration Desk. Schools can carry their school flags / banners for the walk past.

 

Registration:

  • Faculty members / Staff of the school, accompanying the participants , should carry the following documents:

​

i)School bonafide certificate with all the participants names along with school seal and principal signature.

ii)Their school ID cards

iii)Original ( for verification purposes) + 1 copy (for submission) of the Aadhar card of the participating students

  • The above documents to be presented at the registration desk.

  • Entry Fee : 300/- per participant / 500 for relay team

  • Each participant will be allowed a maximum of 3 trials only, for discus, long jump, javelin and shot put.

  • All track events - 800m and 1500m - will be held on a time trial basis.

  • Medals and certificates will be awarded to the top 3 in each event.

  • Host school is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage during the event.

  •  Weight specifications for field events:​

​

  • Relay races will be held separately for girls and boys.

  • The referees’ decisions will be final and binding on the players and the school representatives.

  • All players/participants and the coaches/school representatives are expected to abide by all the rules and regulations set by the organizing committee of the host school.

  • The organizers shall not be held responsible for any injuries, inappropriate behavior of participants/coaches or any loss of personal belongings.

  •  Flow of the event - subject to change upon official decisions.

  1. In recognition of the activity which we will engage in, we confirm our team’s physical and mental capability of participating in the activity.

  2.  We will assume all responsibility for personal injury, accidents, illness and damage to or loss of personal property as the result of any incident or accident that may occur.
