  • Who can participate : Grades 6-7 (With representation from each grade)

  • Maximum number of teams in the event  : 20 teams

  • Maximum number of teams per school : 2 teams

  • Number of rounds : 2

Event description:

●This event invites teams to re-interpret significant moments from Indian history creatively. Each team selects a historical event they wish to rewrite and brings it to life on stage

● Teams introduce their chosen historical moment in 2 minutes. They must provide a brief context and explain the event's significance. They also mention how they have rewritten it.

● Teams present their play based on the selected event.

● They can utilize costumes, props, and rehearsed dialogues and engage the audience.

    Time duration for introduction is 2 minutes and for presentation inclusive of setup is  8 minutes

● Any background music that would be used during the performance needs to be sent to events@deensacademy.com before 3rd Aug , in mp3 format.
