Event description:

• Participants are required to design and model outfits (garments, hair, makeup) based on the theme- Historic attire :Turkey/ Russia /Japan/Rajput/France

• The team will showcase their work in a 4 minute ramp walk and an additional 2 minutes will be given to depict a storyline in accordance with the theme.

• The ramp walk must be accompanied by music of the team’s choice(instrumental/ vocal/Indian/ western). 

• Teams must upload their audio file on their own Google drive and share the drive link via email to volksfiesta@deensacademy.com 48 hours before the event (in mp3 format). The file should be labelled SchoolName_LBEMusic. The subject of the email should be SchoolName_LBEMusic

• Participants can design womenswear,  Menswear , or a unisex garment. All garments and accessories must be made or altered by the participants themselves

• Sustainability must be taken into account

• The costumes and song-choice must be appropriate for a school event.

• The event involves a Q/A session with the designers as well in which participants will explain their creations, including the thought process behind the look and their vision, the pattern design, creation, etc.

• Each group should have one tagline representing their group and theme. (Eg - Be Bold For Change)

• Green rooms will be assigned at the venue
