Event Description

• Participants will be given a theme on the spot and will need to create postage stamp reflecting the theme

• Participants will also be required to present their artwork and explain the intricate details

• Plagiarism is not permitted and will lead to disqualification

• 4x4 inch size sheets will be provided for the artwork

• Participants should carry their own stationery

• Dry media like crayons, colour pencils, sketch pens, etc. are preferred
